We are now back in Agmar Marine's boatyard in LEROS, decommissioning Island Drifterafter having her lifted out on Monday. We have flights booked from LEROS to London via Athens on 20 November. The airstrip is just 400 metres from the boat!
Hi! I just come back home from a week around Cyclades. It was a great experience, but I really sorry I did't know about your blog as there are many useful information that I could use during our Cyclades drifting :) Any way I will try to organize one more trip to the same spot in end of September or beginning of October, but this time with my family, and in the meantime will follow your progress and learn form your experience that you unselfishly share with us.
Another exciting sailing season for you both and your technical term instead of 'putting the boat to bed' amused us both xx
ReplyDeleteWho are you, “Unknown”?!
ReplyDeleteGreetings from your port side neighbour in Syros. Hope you will keep blogging your trip for 2019 so I can follow your progress. Cheers Nikola
